Returns & Refunds
At LumiereSpark, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Personalized/customized items cannot be returned
- Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship the package to our return center (address will be provided)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Intimate jewelry (body jewelry)
- Items purchased from third-party sellers
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color variations when inventory is available. Please contact our customer service team to check availability before returning your item.
