LumiereSpark offers various jewelry categories including Religious, Gothic & Punk, Witchcraft & Celtic, Animal Theme, and other specialty items. While we strive for accuracy, product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All measurements are approximate.

All content on the Site, including designs, logos, and product imagery, is the property of LumiereSpark or its licensors and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware and be conducted in English. Each party shall bear their own costs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
