Order Tracking Process
At LumiereSpark, we make it easy for you to track your order every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order details and estimated delivery date.
- Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
- In Transit: Use your tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
- Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
How to Track Your Package
You can track your order through multiple methods:
Method 1: Through Your Account
- Log in to your LumiereSpark account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click on the order you wish to track
- View the tracking information and status updates
Method 2: Using the Carrier's Website
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's official website (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Method 3: Third-Party Tracking Services
For comprehensive tracking across multiple carriers, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable global package tracking platform:
- Visit www.17track.net
- Enter your tracking number in the search field
- Click "Track" to view detailed shipping information
- 17Track supports most international carriers and provides real-time updates
Tracking FAQ
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier's system after shipping. If your tracking number still isn't working after this period, please contact our customer service.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier directly as they have GPS records of delivery locations. You may also contact our customer service for assistance.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has shipped?
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may contact the carrier directly to inquire about address change options, though additional fees may apply.
